RedArt, Inc. SHIPPING POLICY

RedArt, Inc. ships all of its product using UPS or Fedex ground. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES. Most orders are shipped within a 2 business day period as long as the merchandise is available for immediate shipping. This period includes order verification, mounting and balancing when applies, and packaging. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next regular business day. In the event of a backordered product, we will notify you of the delay and provide you with projected availability.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your merchandise has arrived damaged, please contact your local UPS customer service within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage.You also need to contact RedArt, Inc., 714-774 9444. Please save ALL packaging material for UPS to inspect. UPS will inspect and pick up damaged merchandise to return to RedArt, Inc.
